401(k)
At TQL, employees are eligible to participate in the 401(K) retirement plan on the first day of the month following their start date. They must be 21 years of age to participate. TQL employees may participate in a Standard 401(K) (pre-tax deductions) or a Roth 401(K) (after tax deductions).
An employee may contribute 1% to 60% of your eligible compensation up to the maximum amount per year. At time of publication the IRS maximum for 2025 is $23,500. TQL may match up to half of the first 6% an employee contributes (not to exceed 3%).
To be eligible to receive matching contributions, an employee must complete 1,000 paid hours of service during the plan year and be employed on the last day of the plan year.

Does our Plan Accept Rollovers?
Our plan does accept rollovers from other qualified plans.
We recommend calling Empower and speak to a Rollover Specialist at 1-888-737-4480 Option 3 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.
