Tuition Reimbursement
TQL encourages its employees to enroll in outside education programs that broaden their knowledge and help in the performance of job duties. Regular full-time employees that have completed one (1) year of service, are in good standing, and are performing at an above-average level are eligible for the benefit. The maximum annual reimbursement amount is $5,000 and is based on the grade received in the class. See the tuition reimbursement handbook policy for additional information.

Adoption Assistance
TQL recognizes the expense and commitment involved in adopting a child is significant. TQL will assist with expenses related to the adoption process, up to $5,000. Please reach out to your HR Manager to for details and eligibility.
Maternity Management
Are you or your spouse or significant other pregnant?
- One-on-one support from a registered nurse – at no cost to you
- Access to a nurse over the phone as needed
- Discussion topics include: Minimizing risk to you and your baby, education information, prenatal care, diet, exercise, etc
- You do not have to be a first-time mom
- Receive a gift card of $250 for completion of the program
