What you need to know:
- AffirmedRx prescription benefits begin on January 1, 2026.
- New ID cards from UMR will arrive before January 1, 2026 and will begin working after the effective date.
- You must provide your pharmacy with your NEW medical insurance card.
- Be sure to tell the pharmacy they need to reprocess all existing medication using your new insurance card.
